Before establishing her own practice delivering transformation, diversity and inclusion services, Sarah enjoyed long career within finance and IT industries, including KPMG and Fujitsu. With a reputation for delivering small and large-scale change, Sarah excels at building collaborative, accessible and inclusive environments focused on attracting and retaining talent.

Martin York Lead Consultant

Martin is a highly experienced Business Analyst and Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry across multiple market sectors and local and central UK Government organisations.

He is a recognised leader in workplace inclusion and champion for responsible business. With significant experience in organisational change and transformation, Martin quickly builds sustainable relationships at all levels up to Board/C-suite and uses a logical and evidence-based approach to deliver business outcomes whilst ensuring effective management of risks.
